    WHAT TO EXPECT 💫

    Choreography Class

This workshop looks at choreography in heels as a space to experiment and discover. We’ll work with transitions, musicality, and different pathways of movement to build comfort, confidence, and a more personal flow in the style. The goal is to get out of old habits, try new things, and explore how heels can move differently on each body.

High Heels (Lab + Choreography) — 2 Hours

    WHAT TO EXPECT 💫

This 2-hour High Heels class is divided into two parts:

    Lab

A research-focused section with guided exercises, giving dancers time and space to explore, experiment and deepen movement quality in heels.

    Choreography

In the second part, dancers will apply the explored practices in the choreography, focusing on musicality, performance and personal expression.

  • High Heels Experimental

Anastasija has been part of the dance world for nearly 15 years, training across a wide range of styles—from classical to street. She has both learned and taught in several countries across Europe, and now teaches regularly in Copenhagen.

While heels as a style represents sensual and seductive energy, she places strong value on the experimental aspect of dance, exploring new forms, textures, and ways of moving.

This workshop is going to be all about pushing beyond the traditional framework and concept of the style, emphasising musicality and textures.

*You do not need to have experience in high heels to attend this workshop.

    Frame Up

For the first time in Copenhagen — Liza Makarova official Frame Up representative from Prague, Czech Republic.

We’re on a mission to grow the Frame Up culture in Denmark, and we couldn’t imagine a better artist to introduce this style to so many talented dancers here.

Liza is a professional with a strong focus on the instrumental and feeling-based aspects of dance. With a background in street styles, she loves to bring the groove and highlight different musical layers through movement.

Having taught at one of the biggest Frame Up conventions in Europe and led workshops worldwide, she’s now ready to bring her knowledge and energy to Copenhagen

If you haven’t tried Frame Up before, this is the perfect opportunity to level up your training — no matter your style or background.

*You’re more than welcome to join in regular heels or socks if you don’t own a pair of strip heels.

    Collab class

A unique collab class designed by Anastasija and Liza just for this opportunity. Explore and move, dare to try different things and enjoy the atmosphere that the merging of these two artists brings.
